Yubin Yuan (苑玉彬) received the B.Eng. degree in Electronic Information Engineering from the University of South China, Hengyang, China, in 2017, the M.Eng. degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Lanzhou Jiaotong University, Lanzhou, China, in 2021, and the Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 2025. He is currently a Lecturer with the School of Information Engineering, Yangzhou University, Yangzhou, China. His research interests include intelligent perception, small object detection, and multiple object tracking.
